We have done our very best to sort out the best possible shipping prices for you but in some cases you may find it is cheaper to separate bigger orders into smaller multiple orders.
"Shipping options unavailable" - if you get this message at the check out please drop us a line and we'll see what we can do. It may just mean that we did not include your location as a shipping option and we will just need to add you in. Please drop us an email at email@example.com.
We are currently sending all items with Royal Mail as they are the most reliable postal service to use and we want everything to get to you in good time and in good shape.
There is only one human being dealing with the shop and all of the orders (we are not Amazon and are just doing our best) so if you could bear this in mind that would be much appreciated. Please do not send emails asking where you order is until at least 7 working days after your order date as we just don't have the resources to respond to these emails - it will just delay shipping further. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
